Ravioli Primavera with Kale and Crumbling Cheese

Introduction

Use a Primavera veggie pack in the fresh veggie section plus kale to make this dish. EASY! Ham from the sandwich section of your frigerator and frozen ravioli from the freezer. YUM. Ingredients

    Buitoni, Light Four Cheese Ravioli, 2 Cup (remove)
    Kale, 2 cup, chopped (remove)
    *Peppers, sweet, red, fresh, 1 cup, sliced (remove)
    *Summer Squash, .5 cup, sliced (remove)
    Onions, raw, .25 cup, chopped (remove)
    *Extra Virgin Olive Oil, 3 tbsp (remove)
    Butter Land O Lakes Light Butter w/Canola oil 1 tbsp, 2 serving (remove)
    *Queso Fresco, Mexican Crumbling Cheese, 2 serving (remove)
    *Healthy One Ham (7slices), 2 serving (remove)

Directions

Start the Ravioli- throw in the veggies first (except Kale) to soften with a teaspoon of olive oil. Add in Garlic, Ham and Kale and a bit more olive oil. Sauté until done and add salt pepper to taste.
Drain Ravioli, add one tsp butter before adding to sauté. Add in one more pat of butter and melting cheese at the end. Parmesan would have worked perfectally, but I was out and the crumbling cheese worked perfect!
