Ingredients



    Eggplant, fresh, 2 cup, cubes
    Mushrooms, fresh, 2 cup, pieces or slices
    Onions, raw, .75 cup, chopped
    *Turkey, Ground turkey, 93% lean, 4 oz
    *Sauce, Hunts, Cheese & Garlic, Spaghetti Sauce, 2 cup
    Celery, raw, 6 tbsp

Tips

Add what ever spices tickle your fancy.


Directions

Brown Turkey until no longer pink,
add sliced, diced, shredded veggies to meat,
saute until slightly soft,
add sauce. Simmer for 5-10 mins.
Done!
