Introduction

Number of Servings: 16

Ingredients

    2 lbs. 93% Lean Ground Beef
    1 can Brooks-red chili beans-mild
    1 28 oz can Canned Tomatoes
    3- 14.5 oz cans tomatoes-Diced, Chili Ready (w/seasonings)
    1- 15 oz. can Bush's Black Beans-Seasoned Recipe
    2 pkgs. Chili Seasoning Mix
    1 lb. stew meat-Beef, top sirloin

Directions

Brown ground beef in 6 qt. pan then drain WELL. Add back to pan. Add in all other ingredients. Cut stew meat into bite size pieces, if necessary. Bring to a boil, then reduce to simmer for at least 1 hour.

Makes 16 - 1 cup servings
