IN A SMALL BOWL ADD WHOLE EGG & ADD SOUR CREAM SCRAMBLE THIS TOGETHER THEN IN SMALL SKILLET ON HIGH HEAT SPRAY W/BUTTER SPRAY & USING A SPATULA SCRAMBLE THE EGG TIL THE DONENESS YOU LIKE.

I COOK MINE LIKE THIS ON HIGH HEAT WATCHING IT CAREFULLY TO NOT BURN THE EGGS/CHEESE IF I ADD CHEESE TO IT & THEY TURN OUT GREAT & THE SOUR CREAM GIVES THEM A WONDERFUL TASTE IT'S BETTER THAN ADDING MILK OR WATER.SALT & PEPPER TO TASTE OH ALSO YOU CAN ADD IF YOU LIKE EMERIL'S ORIGINAL SEASONING,ITALIAN SEASONING,GARLIC POWDER/ONION POWDER.

ON FOOD NETWORK THEY SAY TO COOK THE EGGS SLOWLY WELL I DIDN'T HAVE TIME TO & MINE TURNED OUT GREAT.
