Very good. I may use white wine vinegar next time. I added pumpkin seeds for some more protein and to make it more of a meal. As an after thought I had some honey goat cheese that would go well on this next time! - 7/28/13

This was really good. I didn't like the handful of herbs, which I will probably skip next time. It might have been the combination I used, but it was too strong and clashed with the sweetness of the peaches and dressing.

(The 'peaches' in the photo look like canned apricots.) - 7/27/13

The peach salad looks great although I will substitute feta for the goat cheese. The link to the Dijon-Herb Pork Loin is private and not accessible. Just fyi on that ... - 7/27/13

  • I added some walnuts and cherry tomatoes from the garden. I also used basil, parsley and tarragon from the garden. I should have added a little avocado. This was very light and tasty with a little tang. - 7/30/13
