Yum! I'm trying to use up food in my pantry so I did some substitutions. Used 3 skinless chicken thighs instead of the canned chicken, a jar of roasted peppers and some frozen green beans instead of the mixed veggies, panko instead of breadcrumbs. - 12/2/10

  • I used a substitute for the cream of chicken soup. I also used fresh red and green bell peppers and an onion, and they went great. Thanks for the recipe! - 1/13/11
