Granola YUMMY

Introduction

Add your favorite chopped dried fruit at serving time. Add your favorite chopped dried fruit at serving time.
Number of Servings: 40

Ingredients

    4 cups oats
    2 2/3 cup bag of bakers sweetened coconut
    2 cups sliced almonds
    1 cup cashews
    3/4 cup olive oil
    1/2 cup honey
    2 tbsp. cinnamon
    1 tbsp sea salt

Tips

As a snack, I add 1-2 tbsp of chopped dried fruit which makes this about a 200 calorie snack. I bag this up the night before so it is ready to grab and go in the morning.


Directions

Preheat oven to 325. Mix all ingredients in a large bowl until well oiled and combined. Spread on large cookie sheet. Bake 30 minutes, stirring every 10 minutes. Cool completely on cookie sheet. Store in air tight container. Add your favorite chopped dried fruit(adds calories, etc) at serving time.

Serving Size: makes 40 1/4 cup servings
