Hot Fish and Rice

Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    1.50 cups brown rice
    1 TBS sodium free chicken bullion powder
    2.50 cups water
    2 oz. fried hot peppers (cut up) (Mancini)
    4 oz. flounder fillet cut up
    4 tsps salsa

Directions

add all ingredients except fish and salsa in rice cooker and start.
cook fish separately and with salsa add before serving.

Serving Size: makes 4 1cup + servings
