Panko Crusted Talapia Fillets

Introduction

Just something I tried after using chicken breast. They were good so this has to be! Just something I tried after using chicken breast. They were good so this has to be!
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    4 4oz. Talapia Fillets
    1 cup Panko Bread Crumbs
    Any spice you like - I use Lawry's Seasoned Salt

Directions

Put the Panko and seasoning in a plastic zipper bag. Shake to distribute seasonings evenly. Add fillets and shake well. Spray baking sheet with cooking spray. Place fillets on cooking sheet and bake at 400* for 10 minutes. Flip over and cook an additional 10 mins.
