Russian Radish Salad

Introduction

Uses up the radishes, easy and delicious. Uses up the radishes, easy and delicious.
Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    1 lb radishes
    4 cloves garlic
    1/2 cup light mayo
    1/2 cup fat free sour cream
    1 cup shredded cheese, and type
    salt and pepper to taste

Tips

Can also use turnips if radishes not available. Keeps very well and is a good side dish for holiday meals. Could be lightened up further by using a fat free or reduced fat cheese.


Directions

wash and shred radishes or put through food processor. mince garlic. Mix all ingredients, pack in covered bowl and let sit overnight in fridge.
