Stacey's French Toast

Ingredients

    2 Slices Nature's Own 100% Whole Wheat Bread
    1/4 cup skim milk
    1 large egg
    1 T Splenda Measure for Baking
    1/4 t vanilla
    1/8 t cinnamon
    1 T Almond Flour

Directions

Combine milk, egg, splenda, almond flour, vanilla, cinnamon and salt until smooth. Soak bread in mixture. Meanwhile heat skillet over medium low to medium heat until hot. Lightly oil skillet. Cook on both sides until golden brown. Serve hot either with a little sugar free syrup or with fruit.
