Chicken & Tortellini Vegetables

Ingredients

12 oz Boneless Breast of Chicken
1 can Low Fat Cream of Mushroom Soup
1 cup 2% Milk
7 oz Tortellini
1 cup mushrooms sliced
2 cups frozen vegetables
1 tbsp olive oil
Directions
Heat oil in skillet Medium. Add chicken & cook until lightly browned. Add mushrooms & cook 3 to 5 minutes. Stir together soup & milk and add to skillet. Bring to a boil, cover, lower temperature & simmer for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Cook tortellini according to package instructions.
Add frozen vegetables to chicken mixture and let simmer for 5 minutes.
Remove chicken from skillet and set aside. Stir tortellini into vegetables & sauce. Serve as a side dish to chicken.
