Garlic, 2 cloves, finely chopped
Onions, raw, 1 large, sliced and separated into rings
Mushrooms, assorted, 1 lb, sliced
Parsley, 1 tbsp chopped
Sage, ground, 1 tsp
Vegetable Broth, 1 cup
Whole Wheat Flour, 2 tbsps
Sour Cream, reduced fat, 1 cup
Egg Noodles, enriched, 6 cups
Tofu, firm, 1 12 oz pkg
2. In a separate bowl, mix the broth and flour. Stir this into the mushroom mixture and bring to a boil. Stir continually until thickened, then reduce heat to low.
3. Stir in sour cream - do not let it return to a boil. Add tofu and cook until tofu is heated through, about 5 minutes.
4. Combine sauce and noodes, mix well.
