Introduction

Protein/fiber booster for baked goods. Protein/fiber booster for baked goods.
Number of Servings: 12

Ingredients

    1/2 cup dry lentils
    1/2 cup flaxseeds
    1/2 cup steel cut oats

Directions

Toast lentils in a dry skillet for 5 minutes over medium heat; add to blender.
Toast flax seeds in a dry skillet for 3 minutes over medium heat; add to blender.
Toast oats in a dry skillet for 3 minutes over medium heat; add to blender.
Blend all ingredients thoroughly, sift, and store in an airtight container in the freezer for up to 3 months.
