Introduction

This is something we whipped up using a bunch of vegtables we had left over from the farmer's market and Progresso recipie starters and it turned out wonderful. This is something we whipped up using a bunch of vegtables we had left over from the farmer's market and Progresso recipie starters and it turned out wonderful.
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    1 can Progresso recipie starter garlic flavor
    1 pkg (13.5 oz) Johnsonville Polish Kielbasa
    5 cups broccoli chopped
    1 lg summer squash (about 3 cups) cut into small pcs.
    1 cup fresh spinach, remove stems
    2 Tbsp unsalted butter

Directions

Melt butter in a large pan over medium high heat and start cooking the broccoli first. When broccoli is about half done add the summer squash. Stir for about 5 minutes then add the spinach and the can of Progresso. Stir until your vegtables are to your liking. In a seperate small pan cook your Kielbasa until it starts to brown then add to the vegtables. Stir and simmer about 5 minutes.
