Ingredients

    1 onion, small, slivered
    1-3 garlic clove(s), minced
    7.5 C cabbage, shredded (1 bag coleslaw)
    4 T soy sauce (low sodium)
    4 oz pork, diced or ground
    2-3 t sucralose, granulated or 2 packets

Tips

Ground turkey, chicken or beef works as well, but adjust the calorie count for each meat.


Directions

In large skillet or wok, brown the meat with the onion and garlic.
Add remaining ingredients.
Cover and simmer on medium-low heat--stirring occasionally--until cabbage is tender--approx. 10 minutes.
Adjust the seasoning to taste.
