IntroductionSmoked sausage or kielbasa baked in foil with mixed veggies. Smoked sausage or kielbasa baked in foil with mixed veggies.
Use as many or as few veggies as you would like. I like using turkey kielbasa (sliced), red onions (sliced), bell pepper (sliced), red potatoes (diced), mushrooms (sliced), squash (sliced), zucchini (sliced), and garlic (diced or minced).
I try to center the foil so that it runs up the sides of the pan about an inch to make it easier to pinch when it's time to seal. If you make sure not to scrape the bottom of the foil packet the juices will stay inside and you wont dirty your baking pan.
Add all ingredients to foil lined pan. Add desired seasonings and stir(I use Mrs. Dash, or just salt and pepper). Lay long foil ends over top of ingredients and pinch sides and ends together to seal.
Bake for 45 mins, or until potatoes are tender. Stir and serve.
