Ingredients

    1/3 c cocoa powder
    3 Tblspoons cornstarch
    1/2 c brown sugar
    2 c nonfat milk
    2 tsps vanilla extract

Tips

Substitute hazelnut milk for nondairy option. Make without cocoa powder, and cut down on sugar, if you prefer vanilla pudding.


Directions

1. Mix sugar, cornstarch, nd cocoa in a 4 cup microwave safe bowl. Whisk in milk so there are no large lumps.
2. Microwave on high for 2 minutes, then whisk again.
3. Microwave in increments in 1minute, whisking between, for 2 to 4 minutes total, or until oudding is thick and glossy.
4. Whisk in vanilla extract.
5. Chill covered (or eat warm right out of bowl.)
