Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    Serves 6 'dinner sized' portions.

    Chicken Breast, no skin, 2 breast
    *Campbell’s Cream of Chicken Soup (98% fat free), 1.25 cup (1 can)
    Campbell’s Broccoli Cheese Condensed Soup, 1.25 cup (1 can)
    Chopped garlic, 1 Tbs
    *Naturally Yours Fat Free Sour Cream, 10 tbsp-about 2/3 a cup
    Broccoli, fresh, 3 cup, chopped or diced
    Eating Right- Multigrain Penne Rigate, 3 cup
    Kraft Fat Free shredded chedder cheese, 1 cup
    Kraft Italian Cheese Blend, 0.25 cup
    Progresso Bread Crumbs - Italian Style, 0.125 cup (if using)
    couple pinches of red pepper flakes
    salt & pepper to taste-rember it's a big pot :)
    sprinkle of poultry seasoning
    sprinkle of paprika on top

Directions

Add both cans of soup and one can of water into crock pot. Mix in seasoning to your families liking. Put the chicken breasts into the crockpot and make sure to cover them with the soup. Cook on low for 5-6 hours.
Stir and break up the chicken, stir in sour cream and turn off the heat.
Boil pasta until it's almost done and add broccoli for the last minute. Drain and return to pot. Pour and stir in chicken mixture, fat free cheese and 3/4 of the scallions.
Now's the time to check your seasoning.
You can stop here, and it would be great, or you can put into a casserole dish sprinkle with paprika, remaining cheese , scallions and bread crumbs and bake @375 for 25 minutes.
Serves 6 'dinner sized' portions.

Break left overs into single sized portions and enjoy whats left over for lunch.
