Ingredients

    Rye flour, light, .5 cup
    *Flour - Unbleached White Whole Wheat, 0.25 cup
    *Wheat flour, white, bread, enriched, .25 cup
    Egg, fresh, whole, raw, 1 large
    Mott's Applesauce, (unsweetened), 4 oz snack cup
    Vanilla Extract, .5 tsp
    Baking Soda, .25 tsp
    Baking Powder, .12 tsp
    Cinnamon, ground, .5 tbsp
    Almond Milk Silk Pure Unsweetened 1 cup

Directions

mix ingredients heat skillet spray with olive oil to prevent sticking. cook 5 min or so, each side.

Serving Size: makes 9 3 inch pancakes
