1/4 cup plus 2T cocoa
1/2 cup flour
1/2 cup whole wheat flour
1.5 tsp baking powder
1/2 cup Splenda--or real sugar
1 cup carrots, grated
1/4 cup ff milk
4 TBL applesauce
1 tsp vanilla
Preheat oven to 350Â°.
Pam a square baking dish -9" on each side and combine all of the ingredients and stir well.
Speread into Pammed dish and bake at 350 for about 20-25 minutes.
Very light, but a nice snack cake.
