Ingredients

    1/2 cup Chobani 0% Plain Greek Yogurt

    Sugar Free Jello

    1/4 cup of berries

    2 Tablespoons Kashi Go Lean Crisp, Toasted Berry Crumble

Tips

Any flavor of sugar free Jello can be used with any kind of fruit. Just match the fruit to the Jello flavor. Nuts can be substituted for the Kashi cereal.


Directions

1/2 cup Chobani 0% Plain Greek Yogurt or your favorite brand
Add Strawberry Sugar Free Jello until the flavor is as strong as you like. Start with a teaspoon.
Stir until well mixed.
Layer strawberries and Kashi on top; starting with the strawberries.
