8 to 10 baby Bok Choi
1 tsp crushed garlic
.5 tsp olive oil
2 tsp water
1. Wash bok choi and pat dry. Slice into long slices or into bite size pieces.
2. Heat oil in large frying pan, and add garlic and water.
3. Once hot, add the bok choi and sautee until tender, stirring occasionally.
4. Serve hot.
