London Broil - 1.3lb
Dry Onion Soup Mix, 1 pack
Beef Broth - 1 can
Water - 1 cup
Tomato Paste - 1 6oz can
Worcestershire sause - 4 tsp, or to your liking
Egg Noodles - 5 cups
In a serperate bowl, wisk all remaining ingredients.
Once all ingredients are combined, pour over your London Broil in slow cooker.
Set slow cooker on low and cook for about 8 hours.
When your London Broil is almost done, boil some water for the Egg Noodles.
While your water is boiling, remove your London Broil from the slow cooker and break apart into bite size pieces, return to slow cooker and mix with broth mixture.
When Egg Noodles are done, drain and seperate on plates, top with the London Broil mixture.
Makes about 8 servings
