    ground chuck 1 lb
    1/4 cup onion
    1/4 cup bell pepper
    1 egg
    1/4 cup crushed crackers
    ketchup

Directions

mix ground chuck, egg, crackers, onion, and bell pepper in a mixing bowl. form into loaf shape on a foiled covered cookie sheet. In a 375-400 degree preheated oven for about 30-40 min. 5 min before it is done add ketchup to top and cook remaining time.
