4 oz FF Cream Cheese 12 oz Whole Wheat Pasta 1 cup FF Cottage Cheese 3 oz Part-skim Mozarella 1 tsp sugar 10 oz lean ground beef 1/2 cup RF sour cream 26 oz jar pasta sauce
Brown ground beef. Add pasta sauce and sugar. Cook on low. Boil pasta per directrions. Mix cream cheese, cottage cheese , and sour cream. Mix pasta and meat sauce. In a 9x13 pan, layer 1/2 of pasta and sauce, all of cheese mixture, then the remaining pasta. Top with mozarella. Bake 350degrees for 30 minutes or until hot and bubbly!
