Ingredients

    Ingredients:
    Vanilla Extract, 0.50 tsp (remove)
    Banana, fresh, 2 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) (remove)
    Walnuts, 0.25 cup pieces or chips (remove)
    Baking Powder, 2 tsp (remove)
    Granulated Sugar, 0.25 cup (remove)
    Wheat bran, crude, 0.25 cup (remove)
    Whole Wheat Flour, 2 cup (remove)
    semi sweet mini chocolate chips, 30 (remove)
    Morton Table Salt, 0.50 tsp (remove)
    *almond extract, 0.5 tsp (remove)
    Applesauce, sweetened, 1 cup (remove)
    Flaxseed, .25 cup (remove)
    Egg, fresh, whole, raw, 1 large (remove)
    *Extra Virgin Olive Oil, .5 tbsp (remove)

Tips

Never use the exact same ingredients two times in a row


Directions

Mix all ingredients in large bowl. Fill 16 muffin tins or papers about halfway. (I used an ice cream scoop to spoon it because the dough will be thick.)
Bake 350 degrees for 20 mins.
