Introduction

Ingredients

    1/4 c coconut oil
    4 scoops vanilla protein powder
    4tsp splenda
    2 Tbsp sunflower seeds
    4 Tbsp flax seed meal
    2 large eggs

Tips

you may need to add a little water or cream to make the mixture moldable


Directions

mix all ingredients (possibly by hand, it is fairly stiff), make a long roll, then press into the length of a cookie sheet about 3" wide.
Bake approx. 15 min, or until slightly browned
