Fount this online, at Kristy Williamson's site.
I modified it a little, swapped reg.yogurt for fat free, and instead of salt I used smoked paprika.

Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
    1 cup non fat Greek yogurt
    1 garlic clove ,crushed
    1/2 tsp pepper
    1/2 tsp smoked paprika
    4 chicken breast halves about 16 oz total

Directions

pat dry the chicken breasts.
Mix the first 5 ingredients together spread over chicken breasts and bake in the oven at 375 for 45 minutes.
Serve with a side of rice or veggies.

Serving Size: serves 4 at 4 oz breast piece each
