Number of Servings: 3

Ingredients

    70 g. Honeyville Almond Flour - (1/2 cup + 1/8 cup)
    1/8 cup Coconut Flour
    1/4 tsp baking soda
    1/4 tsp sea salt
    2 eggs - medium/large
    1/2 cup whole fat coconut milk (stir before measuring)
    3/4 tsp vanilla extract
    1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
    1/4 cup mashed banana

Tips

I serve these with a dab of almond butter and a small drizzle of honey :) Enjoy!


Directions

Combine dry ingredients thoroughly and then add wet ones - stir well with whisk to combine. Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and grease lightly with coconut oil - using a 2T cookie scoop, drop batter into pan and spread slightly.
