Ingredients

    2 cans starkist gold label tuna in water
    2/3 c. minced onion
    minced pimento (for color)
    1/4 c. minced green pepper
    5 tbsp lite mayo
    black pepper
    1/4 c. italian bread crumbs
    1/4 c. parmesan

Directions

Mix together tuna, onion,green pepper, pimento, mayo, pepper, 1/2 the bread crumbs and 1/2 the cheese.
Shape in a pie plate like a loaf
Sprinkle remaining bread crumbs and cheese on top.

Bake at 325 for appx. 20 minutes.
