Cranberry Walnut Coleslaw

Introduction

Tastes like Costco's coleslaw but has less calories and fat and is much more budget friendly to make yourself :) Tastes like Costco's coleslaw but has less calories and fat and is much more budget friendly to make yourself :)
Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    5 cups shredded cabbage
    1/2 cup shelled walnut halves (or almonds)
    1/2 cup crasins

    Dressing-
    1/3 cup Reduced Fat Mayo with Olive Oil
    1 Tbsp sugar
    1/4 tsp apple cider vinegar (or rice vinegar)
    juice from 1 small lemon wedge (just a few drips)

Directions

Stir dressing ingredients together in a small bowl, set aside.
Mix shredded cabbage, nuts, and crasins together n large bowl.
Pour dressing over and toss to coat.
Serve immediately.

Serving Size: makes six one cup servings
