Introduction

Great way to "eat your vegetables" and beautiful saled to display at an outdoor picnic Great way to "eat your vegetables" and beautiful saled to display at an outdoor picnic

Ingredients

    1 large cucumber thinly sliced & cut in 1/4th
    10 radishes sliced thin & cut in 1/2
    1/2 lg. orange bell pepper sliced & cut in 1/2
    1/2 lg. red bell pepper sliced & cut in 1/2
    1/2 lg. yellow pepper sliced & cut in 1/2
    3 lg. roma tomatoes sliced then & cut in 1/2
    14 tbsp. Italian dressing
    2 tbsp. balsamic vinegar
    2 tbsp minced garlic
    1 tbsp. mixed pickling spice
    3 slice large white onion cut in 1/8
    seasoning salt to taste

Directions

mix liquid into vegetables thoroughly & refirgerator at least 3 hours.

Serving Size: 3/4 serving
