Portobello Sandwiches


Number of Servings: 2


    Portabella Mushrooms, 200 grams (remove)
    Thyme, ground, 1 tbsp (remove)
    Basil, 2 tbsp (remove)
    Dinner Rolls, wheat, 2 roll (1 oz) (remove)
    Ken’s Steak House, Red Wine Vinegar and Olive Oil Salad Dressing, 2 Tbsp, 2 serving (remove)
    2 slices of american cheese


Heat oil and vinegar in pan. Add Mushroom caps and seasonings. Saute for a few minutes and then turn. Do the same until mushrooms are tender. Serve on whole wheat bun and drizzle remaining oil and vinegar on bun to soften. Add slice of cheese on top.
