4 Schwan's Live Smart Tilapia Loins (1 package)
1/4 cup olive oil
1 Tbsp. melted butter
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. of either italian seasoning or cajun seasoning
You can add anything to the seasoning instead of the oil, butter and lemon juice. 1/2 cup mayonnaise and 2 Tbsp. shredded parmesan cheese, 1/4 cup dijon mustard and 1/4 cup milk, or 1 can 10 oz. stewed tomatoes.Other flavors that work well for seasoning fish are dill, lemon pepper, garlic, basil, cayenne pepper, chives and fennel.
Place loins in baking dish coated with non-stick cooking spray.
Mix together the rest of ingredients and brush over both sides of fish.
Bake 25-30 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
Serving Size: Makes about 4 servings of 1 filet each.
