Introduction

healthy pancakes from scratch healthy pancakes from scratch
Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    2.5 cups flour
    4 Tblsp sugar
    4 tsp baking powder
    2 cups 1% milk
    2 large eggs
    2 Tblsp unsweetened applesauce

Directions

mix dry ingredients together. beat eggs with milk and applesauce, and add to dry mixture- stir just until mixed (batter will be a little lumpy) let sit for 5 minutes. grill pancakes on griddle over medium heat (flip pancakes when there are bubbles on top and sides are a bit dry) makes 8 servings. serving = 2 pancakes. Delish!
