3/4 c ricotta 1 c lowfat cottage cheese 8 oz mozz 2 c ragu (or other red sauce) 4 tbsp parmesan
mix cheeses (reserve some mozz and parm) layer cooked noodles, cheese sauce. (use 10 noodles- make 2 layers). Top w remaining mozz and parm cheeses. Bake at 375 covered for about 45 min. Remove foil and bake an add'l 10 min or so until cheese is bubbly.
