Mustard Potato Salad

Introduction

This is a favorite from my child...simple and delicious...but what potato salad isn't!! This is a favorite from my child...simple and delicious...but what potato salad isn't!!
Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    2 large potatoes, cubed (or 2 cans of whole potatoes)
    3 tbsp Mayonaise
    3 large dill pickles
    3 large eggs, hard boil and diced
    1 small onion, diced
    1 tbsp yellow mustard
    1/2 tsp black pepper
    1/4 tsp nutmeg

Tips

You can use dill pickle relish to save time or sweet relish if you prefer a sweet taste to your potato salad.


Directions

boil the potatoes until they are cooked through but be careful not to overcook as they should remain firm.

Dice the onion, pickle, and eggs and add to bowl.

Add all remaining ingredients, mix well and refrigerate!

Enjoy!
