Cinnamon Roll Up

Introduction

Oh, what a delicious treat! Oh, what a delicious treat!
Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    1 sheet phyllo dough
    1/2t brown sugar
    1/2t finely chopped walnuts (or other nut)
    Sprinkle of cinnamon

Tips

I make several at a time for a fast, low cal snack!


Directions

Place one sheet of phyllo dough on work surface. Mix the other 3 ingredients and place on middle of one end. Fold in edges, then roll up burrito style. Place on baking sheet and bake at 350F for 5-7 minutes or until lightly browned.
