Strawberry Banana Oatmeal

Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    1/2 cup quick oats
    4 large frozen unsweetened strawberries
    1/2 medium banana
    1 packet Splenda

Directions

Place frozen strawberries in a small bowl and microwave on high for 45 seconds on high. Cut and mash strawberries with a fork, then microwave on high for 30 seconds. Mash until desired texture.

In a separate bowl, mix 1/2 cup oats and 1/2 cup water and microwave on high for 1:30. Remove from microwave and stir in mashed strawberries and their resulting liquid.

Peel banana half and cut in half lengthwise, then into rounds, allowing to land in the empty strawberry bowl. Once banana is cut, mash it with a fork, then stir into oatmeal. Sprinkle Splenda on top and stir. Enjoy!
