Bircher Muesli with Greek Yogurt

Ingredients

    1 cup Bob's Red Mill muesli
    3 cups non-fat Greek yogurt
    2 fresh pears, chopped into small dices (about the size of raisins)
    2 fresh apples, chopped into small dices (about the size of raisins)
    2 tbsp honey

Tips

Try different variations:
- you can use plain rolled oats or other rolled whole grains in place of the muesli
- add dried cranberries or cherries
- swap the fruit for other fruits like bananas, peaches, berries, grapes
- add chopped or ground nuts
- grate the apples instead of chopping them
- add 2 tbsp lemon juice
- omit the honey
- add 1 tsp cinnamon
- add 1/2 vanilla extract
