Italian Breaded Pork Chops

Ingredients


    Ingredients:
    *Pork, fresh, loin, center rib (chops), boneless, separable lean and fat, cooked, pan-fried, 4 chop, excluding refuse (yield from (remove)
    Progresso Italian Style Bread Crumbs (1/4 cup), 05 cup (remove)
    Parmesan Cheese, grated, 1 tbsp (remove)
    Egg, fresh, whole, raw, 1 large (remove)
    Olive Oil, 1 tbsp (remove)

Directions

Combine crumbs and cheese in shallow bowl. Dip chops in egg and coat with crumb mixture. Heat oil in large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Add chops. Reduce heat to medium and cook for 8-10 minutes, turning once, until internal temperature reads 160 degrees F. Serves 4.
