Ingredients

    Turkey Bacon
    Onion
    Garlic
    Cheese
    Tomato sauce
    Rotel Tomatoes
    Eggplant

Directions

1. Pre-heat oven to 400
2. cook bacon
3. cut eggplant in half length wise and scoop into a boat then boil x3-5 minutes (until tender)
4. Saute onion until white then add remaining ingredients (chop up cooked bacon)
5. Add eggplant to cooking dish the dump sauce into boats and cook on 400 x30 minutes
