Introduction

A simple salad of in season fruit! A simple salad of in season fruit!

Ingredients

    3 pluots, pitted and sliced
    1 cup blueberries

Tips

I used 3 different varieties of pluots to add color to the dish!


Directions

Leave the peel on the pluots, but pit them and slice. Add 1 cup fresh blueberries and gently toss. Serve with cottage cheese, or as in the photo, ricotta.
