Overnight steel cut oats and chia pudding

Introduction

Easy cold healthy breakfast. Full of fiber and energy to start your day off right. Easy cold healthy breakfast. Full of fiber and energy to start your day off right.
Number of Servings: 3

Ingredients

    1/3 cup steel cut oats
    3 tablespoons chia seeds
    1 1/4 cup milk
    1/2 cup mango
    1 tablespoon peanut butter
    2 small bananas

Tips

I find it easiest to combine the milk, fruit, and peanut butter in my blender before adding the oats and chia seeds


Directions

Combine ingredients except for bananas and chill at least 4 hours or overnight. Slice bananas over top before eating.
