Tropical dream smoothie

Introduction

I thought I'd died and gone to heaven when I tried this smoothie! I thought I'd died and gone to heaven when I tried this smoothie!
Number of Servings: 2

Ingredients

    Fresh or canned pineapple
    8 oz Almond milk or coconut water
    1/2 cup Orange juice
    Frozen banana
    Kiwi crush (you can use kiwi fruit)
    1/2 tspoon of turmeric, and of minced fresh ginger
    Dash of coconut essence
    A few drops of stevia
    2 scoops smoothie powder (equal quantities of whey protein, ground flax seed, and psyllium husk mixed together)
    Blend and enjoy

Tips

Add coconut essence if you use almond milk instead of coconut water.


Directions

Add liquids first
Then spices
Then fruit
Bend and add smoothie powder last, then blend again

Serving Size: Make 2 large glasses
