Introduction

Ingredients

    1/4 Cup Italian Style Bread Crumbs
    10 Ounces Flounder
    4 tsp Grated Parmesan Cheese
    Parkay Spray Butter

Directions

Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.

Mix the Parmesan Cheese with the Bread Crumbs.

Coat the fish in Parkay Spray.

Roll in the Bread Crumb/Parmesan mix.

Place on tin foil on baking sheet, and bake for 15-20 minutes at 400 degrees.

Serving Size: Makes two five ounce servings.
