Introduction

Enjoy a protein filled Omelet made with egg whites, white vegetables, and laughing cow cheese wedges. You have never tasted an Omelet like this before. Your senses will be indulged once you add the low fat laughing cow cheese wedge.

Ingredients

    Ingredients:

    Egg white mixture:

    * 2 fresh egg whites
    * 1 tbsp nonfat milk
    * 1 pinch fresh tarragon
    * 1 pinch fresh thyme
    * 1 pinch fresh chives
    * 1 pinch salt
    * 1 pinch white crushed pepper

    Filling:

    * 1/2 diced medium white onion
    * 2 diced medium mushrooms
    * 1 low fat laughing cow wedge
    * 2 tbsp filtered water
    * 1 finely chopped garlic clove

    Other:

    * 0 calorie olive oil spray

Tips

Add hot pico de gallo or guacamole to add spiciness and flavor to the Omelet .


Directions

* Spray a non stick pan with olive oil and roast garlic on medium heat for 45 seconds
* Add onions and keep stirring until they turn golden brown
* Add mushrooms and stir for 1 minute
* Add water and let mixture simmer for 2 minutes
* Set the pan aside and whisk 2 egg whites and add low fat milk, and fresh herbs. keep whisking until egg whites turn bubbly
* Heat up a pan and apply 0 calorie olive oil spray and pour in the egg white mixture
* add previously prepared vegetables and top it with the cheese wedge
