Spanish Rice

Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    1lb 93% lean ground beef
    1 large can diced tomatoes
    3 cups cooked brown rice
    1 cup minced onion
    salt and pepper to taste
    dash of red pepper sauce (optional)

Directions

Brown and drain ground beef and onion. Meanwhile, cook rice. Add tomatoes to meat, add pepper sauce if desired. Add rice and mix well. Heat thru and serve.
