2/3 cup shortening = 2/3 cup applesauce
1 2/3 cup butter mil = 1 2/3 cup non fat sour creme + 2 1/2 tbsp buttermilk powder

Ingredients



    *Flour, white, 2 cup
    Egg, fresh, whole, raw, 2 large
    Sour Cream, reduced fat, 1.66 cup
    Salt, 1 tsp
    Applesauce, unsweetened, .66 cup or 2 single serve portions
    Banana, fresh, 3 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long)
    Granulated Sugar, 1.66 cup
    Buttermilk - SACO cultured Buttermilk Blend POWDER, 2.5 tbsp
    Vanilla Extract, 1 tsp

Tips

Add nuts if desired at end of mixing.


Directions

Oil loaf pan, line with parchment for easy removal.
Bake 350 degree for ~40 minutes

Mash bananas
combine sourcreme and buttermilk powder, set aside
combine dry ingredients, set aside
Blend bananas, applesauce, sugar, eggs, vanilla

Alternate adding dry and wet ingredients.
Add nuts if desired

Bake
